What neutralization is designed to change

Dark lip neutralization uses corrective pigment strategy to reduce the visible effect of unwanted cool, grey, brown, blue or purple tones. It is a PMU process, not a laser procedure and not a medical cure for the biological cause of pigmentation.

Undertone matters more than a single “corrector colour”

There is no one orange or one formula that suits every dark lip. The starting undertone, distribution of darkness, previous pigment and the client’s natural lip colour all affect the direction of correction.

Why the process may be staged

The first objective can be to move an unwanted cool or dark tone toward a more balanced base. Only after healing is it possible to see whether the next session should continue correction or refine the final colour direction.

Fresh colour is not healed colour

Immediately after treatment the colour can look stronger and the lips may look different from the final result. The meaningful comparison is made after the surface has healed and the pigment has settled.

What neutralization cannot promise

It cannot guarantee an exact pink shade, identical healing between clients or a complete result in one session. A responsible plan is built around the individual starting point and the healed response.

Why a clear photo helps—but cannot choose the plan

A front-facing, unfiltered photo in natural light can show whether darkness is concentrated at the border, center or in mixed blue-gray, purple or brown areas. It supports the initial assessment, but lighting and screens can shift color, so the final plan is confirmed in person.

Frequently asked questions

Is dark lip neutralization laser?

No. It is a permanent-makeup pigment procedure and should not be described as laser treatment.

Can you guarantee pink lips?

A pink or warmer direction may be possible, but an exact healed shade cannot be guaranteed for every starting lip.

Does everyone need two sessions?

Two sessions are common, especially with stronger pigmentation, but session count depends on the starting condition and healed response.
